I. Relocation Requirements
1. In order to promote industrial upgrading and optimization in the Suzhou region, the government has implemented unified planning for industrial parks, and the location of Zenit China's Suzhou factory falls within this planning scope.
2. With the development of Zenit China's business, our operational capacity has reached saturation, necessitating an expansion of production and operations to meet the growing demand for capacity.

II. Zenit Group will keep on the Investment and Operational Marketing Strategies in China 
Zenit China's Suzhou factory was established in 2005 and has been in operation for 18 years. Although the Suzhou factory is currently relocating, Zenit Group's investments and all operational marketing strategies in China remain unaffected. We continue to uphold Zenit's mission, placing customers at the strategic core, aiming to enhance customer satisfaction, deliver professional products and services, and achieve mutual success.

III. Impact of the Relocation Process
At present, we have started the relocation process and have taken various measures, such as advance internal notifications, detailed relocation plans, and arrangements for backup equipment, to minimize the impact of the relocation on our business partners.

Will be validated from October 1, 2023, the new address for Zenit Pumps (China) Co., Ltd., i.e., the Suzhou factory location, is as follows:
