The Zenit Italia Testing Department has recently introduced Global Performance (Hexagon Metrology) for the dimensional inspection of parts.
Global Performance carries out dimensional inspections on components by scanning: the software samples hundreds of points on the surface and delivers a reading precision up to 35% better than standard measurement systems.
With a working surface area of 220x120 cm and a maximum height of 100 cm, Global Performance can inspect even the largest components Zenit produces, guaranteeing compliance with machining tolerance standards, the perfect mating of parts during assembly and reliable, repeatable performance.
