Zenit Italy has obtained the Legality Rating
Zenit Italy has obtained the Legality Rating, provided for under Decree Law No. 1 of January 24 converted into Law No. 27 of 2012.
The awarding of the rating by the Antitrust Authority (AGCM), requires compliance with high standards of legality, ethical transparency and virtuosity of corporate management, including financial reports, inspection results, compliance with environmental regulations, and employee management.
Compliance with the high standards set by the Legality Rating is recognized through the assignment of a score, ranging from a minimum of one to a maximum of three “stars.”
The basic "★" score is increased by one "+" for each additional requirement among those provided. The achievement of three “+'s” allows the achievement of an additional star, up to a maximum score of ★★★.
Businesses with the Legality Rating can enjoy benefits in accessing resources and opportunities in both public and private spheres.
Obtaining the rating represents a further step on the road taken by the Zenit Group toward reorganization based on compliance with rules and improvement of quality standards in order to be a reliable and credible market player.
“Zenit Italy has obtained a score of two stars and a ”plus“, which rewards the work done so far in rewarding the ethical values that underlie our choices and actions; we are convinced that we will soon be able to reach the maximum score required by the rating,” concludes our Executive Board, satisfied with the important milestone reached right at the end of 2024.
