- Fit the sensor rubber gasket in place and screw down the cable gland
- Fit the sensor into the cable gland. Caution: The sensor must stick out from the gland by about 10 mm
- Tighten the cable gland
- Temporarily tape the sensor cable to the outside of the case
- Position the stator so that one of the grooves is aligned with the sensor cable
- Place the drivers on the stator
- Insert the stator with the aid of a press
- Remove the drivers
- Fit the supporting washer and the bearing
- Place the driver on the bearing and insert it into its seat
- Overturn the case and place it on the support. Warning: keep the motor cables outside the case
- Fit the shaft into the motor
- Place the top bearing and its driver on the shaft
- Insert the bearings with the aid of a press
- Remove the driver and place the cables inside the case
- Overturn the motor and secure the bearing with the snap ring
- Fit the O-ring into the seat on the aluminium bushing and grease it
- Place the bushing in the seat and fit it with the driver
- Secure the bushing with the snap ring, making sure it is perfectly snug
- Wet the first counterface with alcohol and fit it, using the driver
- Clean the first counterface with a paper towel
- Clean the first seal with a paper towel and wet it with alcohol
- Place the first seal in the shaft and fit it with the driver
- Fix the seal with the snap ring
- Clean the second seal with a paper towel and wet it with alcohol
- Place the second seal in the shaft and fit it with the driver
- Fit the O-ring into its seat
- Wet the second counterface with alcohol and fit it into the seat with the driver
- Pour a few drops of lubricating oil onto the paper gasket and fit it into the seat
- Clean the second counterface with a paper towel
- Lubricate the seal and counterface lightly
- Fit the pump plate and fix it with the screws, tightening them by hand first, working by opposites
- Fit the plug on the oil chamber
- Use a union to connect the compressed air system to the oil chamber and test for tightness at a maximum pressure of 1 bar
- Remove the union
- Lie the motor on the bench and fill the mechanical seal chamber with oil
- Check the quantity of oil in the documentation
- Fit the plug on the oil chamber
- Stand the motor on the bench
- Fit the O-ring into the seat in the top bearing support
- Fit the top bearing support
- Fit the cables through one of the holes in the support
- Fit the O-ring into the seat in the motor cover
- Fit the cable into the cable gland
- Fit the cable through the hole in the motor cover
- Fit the cable stop and fix it in place
- Fit a lug to the ground cable
- Connect the motor terminals to the electrical cable and tighten the lugs
- Check the type of connection in the documentation
- Fix the ground cable to the top bearing support
- Fit the motor cover, taking care not to crush the cables, and screw it in place
- Fix the cable gland
- Using a union, connect the compressed air system to the motor cover
- Test for tightness at a maximum pressure of 1 bar
- Remove the union
- Fit the plug in the motor cover
- Lie the motor on the bench
- Fix the bracket
- Use Loctite 243 threadlocker or equivalents
- Position the plastic guard and fix it to the runner
- Use Loctite 243 threadlocker or equivalents
- Fix the runner
- Fix the handle
- Position the sliding cylinders and fix with the split pins
- Mount the propeller on the shaft and fix it with the screw
