GREY - DGG G10S - G10L Disassembly
  1. Position the pump vertically on the bench and undo the fixing screws of the pump body.
  2. Using a hoist, separate the motor from the pump body.
  3. Lay the motor on the bench. Place a wooden panel under the impeller to prevent damage to the edges
  4. Undo the impeller locking screw without removing it completely.
  5. Using two levers, separate the impeller from the shaft.
  6. Undo the impeller locking screw and remove it.
  7. Loosen the motor cover fixing screws
  8. Loosen the fixing screws of the cable gland
  9. Using a hoist, separate the motor cover from the housing
  10. Use two levers, if necessary
  11. Loosen the earthing screw
  12. Disconnect the power cable from the terminal block
  13. Cut the power cable and extract it from the cable gland
  14. Loosen the screws fixing the cable gland in place and remove it
  15. Loosen the screws fixing the handle in place and remove it
  16. Cut the stator wires
  17. Loosen the screws fixing the bar inn place and remove the terminal block
  18. Use two suitable screws to extract the upper bearing support
  19. Place the motor on the bench and unscrew the oil chamber cap.
  20. CAUTION: Cove the cap with a rag to prevent the oil from squirting out.
  21. Pour the oil contained in the chamber into a suitable container and dispose of it.
  22. Using a hoist, place the motor vertically on the bench
  23. Loosen the screws fixing the pump plate in place and remove it
  24. Loosen the screws retaining the locking ring and remove the oil lifter
  25. Loosen the screws retaining the locking ring and remove it along with the relative O-ring
  26. Remove the O-ring and the counterface of the mechanical seal
  27. Remove the O-rings from the seats of the oil chamber
  28. Extract the first mechanical seal, with the help of two levers if necessary
  29. Extract the locking washer and the circlip
  30. Extract the second mechanical seal, with the help of two levers if necessary
  31. Remove the circlip
  32. Use two suitable screws to extract the bush and counterface
  33. Loosen the oil chamber screws
  34. Using a hoist, lift the shaft and the oil chamber
  35. Disconnect the wire from the probe
  36. Loosen the cable gland and extract the probe and relative grommet
  37. Remove the circlip locking the bearing
  38. Using a hoist, place the shaft on a suitable support to allow the extraction of the bearing
  39. Using a press and a suitable block, extract the shaft from the bearing
  40. Extract the bearing from the seat of the oil chamber
  41. Using an extractor, separate the upper bearing from the shaft
  42. Provide a suitable support to sustain the housing and allow the extraction of the stator
  43. Place the housing on the support
  44. Using a press, extract the stator with the help of a suitable block
  45. Remove the housing
  46. Using a hoist, remove the stator from inside the support
  47. Remove the blocks from the stator
