UNIQA - ZUG V

湿式版本拆卸 - 完整的泽尼特涡流式叶轮带冷却夹套和高压机械密封湿式版本的 UNIQA (ZUG V) 系列高性能潜水泵的机械密封拆卸和换油程序。

Place the pump vertical on the workbench
Undo the pump body screws
With a hoist, lift off the motor by the handle
Hang the motor section with the impeller over a firm support to hold the motor while the impeller is removed
Loosen the impeller fixing screw but do not remove it
Use a lever to free the impeller from its tapered seat
Undo the impeller fixing screw and remove it
With a hoist, lift up the motor and lay it horizontal on the workbench
Screw a male eye-bolt onto the shaft
Drain the oil from the chamber into a suitable container
CAUTION take care when unscrewing the caps as there may be pressure inside the chamber
With a hoist, lift the motor by the shaft
Remove the handle
Place the motor vertical on a firm support which does not crush the cable
Remove the V-ring
Undo the screws of the pump plate and put it on the workbench
Undo the counterface locking ring screws and remove the oil cage, O-ring and counterface
Remove the seal
Undo the fixing stud bolts of the casing and remove it
Remove the snap ring that secures the seal
Remove the seal using 2 levers
Remove the snap ring that secures the flange
Screw a male eye-bolt onto the shaft and lift it up to remove the flange. Use a Teflon hammer if necessary
Unscrew the male eye-ring from the shaft and remove the sealing flange
Remove the seal from the flange
CAUTION To avoid damaging the seal, do not use metal tools
