UNIQA - ZUG V

湿式版本组装 - 完整的泽尼特涡流式叶轮带冷却夹套和高压机械密封湿式版本的 UNIQA (ZUG V) 系列高性能潜水泵的机械密封拆卸和换油程序。

Step by step operations

Fit the O-ring into place on the flange and grease
Fit the flange onto the shaft, with a suitable driver
Secure the flange with the snap ring, making sure it is perfectly snug
Wet the counterface with alcohol and fit it, using a suitable driver
Blow with compressed air to remove all traces of dirt and lubricate the counterface
Clean the surfaces of the seal with a paper towel
Wet the seal in alcohol and fit it onto the shaft, using a suitable driver
Fix the seal with the snap ring
Fit the shim ring on the rotating side
Fit the casing onto the shaft and tighten the fixing stud bolts, securing them with Loctite 243 threadlocker
Grease the O-ring and fit it into place on the rotating side
Fit the seal onto the shaft, paying attention to the positions of the locator slots
Wet the counterface with alcohol and fit it into place in the pump plate, using a suitable driver
Fit the counterface locking ring and fit the screws without fully tightening them. Use Loctite 243 threadlocker
Fit the O-ring into its seat
Fit the oil cage and tighten the counterface locking ring screws
Fold the wings of the oil cage inward, taking care that they do not interfere with rotation of the seal
Fit the O-ring into the seat in the pump plate
Blow with compressed air to remove all traces of dirt and lubricate the counterface
Fit the O-rings into the oil chamber screw seats
Fit the pump plate onto the oil chamber and fix it with the screws
Tighten at least two opposite screws by hand to fit it gradually into position.
Fit a cap into one oil chamber hole and a compressed air fitting into the other
Pour in a little alcohol to check for leaks
Test for tightness at a maximum pressure of 1 bar
Remove the cap and fitting
Grease the V-ring and fit it onto the shaft
Screw a male eye-bolt onto the shaft and lift the motor with a hoist
Refit the handle so that the cable will not be crushed when handling the motor
Lay the motor part horizontal on the workbench with the oil chamber caps upward
Tighten the handle screws
Fill the chamber with oil. Refer to the documentation for the correct amount
Seal the oil chamber with the caps
Place the impeller on a firm support and connect it to the drive shaft
Secure the impeller with the fixing screw. Use Loctite 270 threadlocker
Spray the pump plate O-ring with spray lubricant
With a hoist, lift the motor by the handle and connect it to the pump body
Fix the pump body with the screws
