UNIQA - ZUG GR

湿式版本拆卸 - 完整的泽尼特UNIQA系列高性能水泵的机械密封拆卸和换油程序。程序包括叶轮调整及切割盘清洁。带切割系统的 (ZUG GR)系列湿式版本。

Undo the chopper knife fixing screw and remove it
Undo the chopper plate fixing screw and remove it
Fit a screw into the seat in the shaft to lock the impeller in place
Undo the pump body screws and remove it
Release the impeller with the aid of a lever
Undo the impeller fixing screw and remove the impeller
Screw a male eye-bolt onto the shaft and lift the motor with a hoist
Drain the oil from the chamber into a suitable container
CAUTION take care when unscrewing the caps as there may be pressure inside the chamber
Remove the handle
Place the motor vertical on a firm support in a position which does not crush the cables
Remove the paper seals
Remove the V-ring
Undo the fixing screws of the pump plate and remove it
Undo the fixing stud bolts of the casing with a hex key and remove it
Remove the seal
Remove the flange snap ring
To remove the seal flange, fit an eye-bolt onto the shaft and lift it with a hoist
Unscrew the male eye-ring from the shaft and remove the sealing flange
