三十年峥嵘岁月，再启新章

 
I would like to inform you of an important change that will affect the leadership of Zenit in the coming months.
我谨在此通知大家一个重要的变化，泽尼特将在未来数月迎来管理层的变动。

After more than thirty years of personal and professional commitment at the helm of the company, I have decided to initiate a gradual transition process that will lead to the conclusion of my role as CEO by the end of 2025.
在担任公司掌舵人三十多年后，我决定启动一个逐步交接的进程，并计划于2025年底正式卸任首席执行官职务。
 
This decision, which I personally proposed, and which was accepted by Tsurumi Manufacturing Co. Ltd. a few months ago, represents a natural evolution for Zenit following the entry of the new shareholder and the beginning of a new phase of development.
这一决定由我本人提出，并已于数月前获得株式会社鶴见制作所的认可。这是泽尼特公司在迎来新股东、迈入全新发展阶段之后的自然演变。
 
Marco Scifoni will officially assume the role of CEO in September 2025. Marco is an Italian manager with extensive experience in international mechanical engineering companies. He has been living in Japan for several years and is deeply familiar with the language and culture of the country. His profile makes him an ideal bridge between Zenit and the Tsurumi Group, and he will bring new skills and perspectives to support the growth of our industrial project.
Marco Scifoni 先生将于2025年9月正式接任首席执行官一职。他是一位意大利籍管理者，拥有丰富的国际机械制造行业经验。他在日本生活多年，对当地的语言和文化非常熟悉。他的背景使其成为泽尼特与鶴见集团之间理想的沟通桥梁，也必将为我们行业项目的进一步发展注入新的技能与视野。
 
Until that time, and for the following months, I will remain committed to ensuring an orderly and smooth handover, serving as President until the end of the year.
在此之前及未来数月，我将继续履行职责，确保公司平稳有序过渡，并担任公司董事长直至年底。
 
I am confident that this transition will offer Zenit new opportunities for growth and a renewed strategic vision, in continuity with the values and goals that have always distinguished our company. Zenit has ambitious development and evolution plans already underway, which will continue with renewed energy and determination in the coming years.
我相信，此次转变将为泽尼特带来新的发展机遇，并在传承公司一贯的价值观与使命基础上，赋予更清晰的战略方向。泽尼特目前已制定多项具有雄心的发展与改革计划，并将在未来几年以全新的活力和决心继续推进。
 
I would also like to take this opportunity to sincerely thank all the partners who have shared Zenit’s journey over the years, contributing with trust and collaboration to the development of our business. A special thanks also goes to my colleagues for their continued dedication, and to our new Japanese shareholders for the constructive dialogue and the trust shown during this important transition phase.
我也想借此机会，衷心感谢多年来与泽尼特携手共进的所有合作伙伴，感谢对泽尼特的信任与支持，你们的合作为泽尼特业务发展做出了贡献。我还要特别感谢公司同仁们的持续奉献，以及我们新日本股东在这一重要过渡阶段中的建设性对话和信任。
 
I want to reassure you that I am leaving Zenit in excellent hands. This nearly one-year transition period has been carefully designed to ensure stability and continuity for all our stakeholders, and to provide the future leadership with the strongest possible foundation.
我向大家承诺，泽尼特将交由优秀的人来管理。近一年的过渡期安排充分考虑了各方稳定与持续发展的需求，力求为新一届管理层夯实最坚实的基础。
