Zenit China and Shanghai Tsurumi Pump integrate sales dept.

2026 Agreement Zenit China Tsurumi

SHANGHAI, China – July 2026 – ZENIT PUMPS (CHINA) Co., Ltd. and SHANGHAI TSURUMI PUMP Co., Ltd. have officially announced a strategic optimization of their commercial operations. Effective from July the 1st 2026, the Sales Departments of both companies will integrate their operations to create a unified and highly efficient commercial framework.

New Framework: Zenit Pumps (China) to Handle Tsurumi-brand products sales in Chinese mainland
This integration of the two groups’ Chinese entities applies exclusively to their sales and distribution operations. All other core operational functions of Tsurumi Pump Shanghai—including state-of-the-art manufacturing, production facilities, and operational infrastructure—will continue to operate independently, with no changes to the current structures.

Geographical Scope of Integration
Under the new commercial framework, Zenit Pumps (China) will officially manage the sales and distribution of Tsurumi-branded products specifically designed for the mainland Chinese market. This optimization represents a localization initiative designed exclusively to address regional market dynamics; consequently, all other existing sales structures, distribution networks, and commercial agreements for both Zenit and Tsurumi in Europe and other international markets remain unchanged.

Strategic Background and Objectives
The decision to combine resources comes in response to the increasingly competitive and evolving market conditions within China. Through combining the group’s commercial expertise, sales networks, and human resources, both companies aim at maximizing commercial efficiency, optimizing resource allocation, and significantly strengthening their collective competitive advantage. Leveraging the strengths, reputations, and exclusive portfolios of both brands, this integration sets the stage for the group’s long-term growth. Both companies remain deeply committed to delivering enhanced value to their clients, driving market development, and achieving sustainable, mutual success through this shared vision.
