At Zenit Group, product quality also depends on the care we take of the spaces and tools we use every day.
That is why we have recently completed the renovation of our indoor testTank, where both research and development activities and testing of submersible pumps are carried out before they reach our customers.
The renovation work involved two different aspects: maintenance and restoration, and safety. Below is a list of the work recently carried out:
- inspection and replacement of deteriorated and/or oxidised parts of the test circuits;
- repainting of pipes;
- cleaning, sandblasting and waterproofing of the internal walls using resin;
- implementation of new brackets on the bottom of the tank to improve the fixing of the test circuits;
- skimming and painting of external walls;
- installation of new fixed and mobile walkways;
- new parapet around the tank;
- new fall protection anchoring system.
This investment is part of a comprehensive project that will affect other strategic areas of the company, especially the production ones.
This process will allow us to work with even greater efficiency and reliability, ensuring increasingly accurate, safe and efficient tests and solutions.
