Palm Beach lifting stations

Situation

This is a high profile application to serve a new 30,000-seater Minor League stadium about to be built at Palm Beach Est, Florida.
Southern Florida's largest stadium is in Miami and is used for Major League games, but every professional baseball club has other teams that play in the minor leagues. These teams have their own, smaller stadiums, like the one now being built. Several Minor League teams will play here.

Solution

In partnership with Atlantic Environmental, we built a fibreglass pumping station equipped with a Zenit Uniqa pump.
Our photos show the pumping station nearing completion, with the 4 inch (100 mm) valve at the top (to give you an idea of the scale, our trailer is 33 feet (10 metres) long).
Other photos show the inside of the pumping station with the 2 inch stainless steel guide pipes and Zenit DAC100 couplers installed on the bottom.
Here is one of the pumps, with stainless steel lifting chain and DAC100 flange, in its shipping crate.
The station is 6 feet in diameter by 26 feet long (about 2 metes in diameter by 8 metres in length) and contains two 15 kW / 20 Hp Zenit Uniqa pumps.
