The quality of a product is researched before its actual conception.

This is why Zenit has created a technical department in China that works to achieve and maintain high standards of quality before going into production. This involves the selection of innovative materials, technical solutions to improve product performance, efficient electric motors and a design studied right down to the last detail.

The powerful synergy between China and Italy and the technical skills at Suzhou are resulting in increasingly reliable products and to a new range of electric pumps for domestic use.

The technical department uses a laboratory facility for testing all kinds of prototypes and standard production products. Countless actual working parameters are recorded and compared with those derived from theoretical calculations, thus leading to quality that can be relied on.

Hydraulic testing can be performed in a tank in which various electric pump models can be installed and their performance assessed under different working conditions. The electrical systems of the pumps are also studied to optimize working temperatures and power consumption.
