Production Department

Production activity coordination takes place at the Production Department, which liaises with the company’s other departments.

From the choice of supplier to the study of raw materials and work cycle optimization, each phase is designed to achieve common objectives and to create products of superior quality.

The production departments are currently equipped for the manufacture of products for the domestic sector.

The process follows the same production and quality control phases as in Italy, thus ensuring the same standards. Production activities are structured for flexibility to optimize lead times and handle work loads more effectively.

Machining is carried out by automatic precision equipment that can handle large production output and ensure ready availability of stock products.

Assembly takes place on semi-automatic lines similar to those used in Italy. In addition to standard assembly phases these also include several electrical and pressure testing phases to ensure product quality and conformity with the specifications as declared by the manufacturer.

The painting process is performed by means of a modern system that applies a thick and even coat of ecocompatible paint to ensure adequate protection of the product over time.

The finishing line completes the production cycle. Here the electric pump is placed in sturdy packaging able to withstand strong vibrations and knocks.

A large covered warehouse facility is able to house a considerable number of stock products so that they are readily available to meet market demand.
